A visitation for Timothy “Timmy” Ray Hood, 58, of Terrell, Texas, is scheduled from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2021, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Timmy passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021, in Dallas, TX.

Timothy Ray Hood was born on March 26, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, to parents, Thomas Winfred Hood and Betty Bland Wooldridge Hood. He was raised in Dallas and attended Bryan Adams High School. Timmy’s family moved to the Terrell area in 1983. He worked with his brother Randy doing home repair for H & H General Repair. Timmy married Carla Sue Pinson and she preceded him in death November 28, 2014. He was of the Christian faith. Timmy enjoyed farming, watching wrestling and playing cards. He loved his fur baby, Cody. Timmy was a jack of all trades and was a loving brother and husband.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Carla Hood and parents, Thomas and Betty Hood.

Timmy is survived by his siblings, Vicki Bradley and husband, Eric of Terrell, TX,  Randy Hood and wife, Renee of Dallas, TX, Debbie Hogue and husband, Daniel of Quinlan, TX, and Ricky Joe Hood of Terrell, TX; aunts, Judy Hood of Quinlan, TX, and Janice Johns of Hendersonville, TN; nieces and nephews, Mike Bradley and Melissa of Keller, TX, Tina Bourque and Brandon of Forney, TX, Sandra Reeves and Corey of Crandall, TX, Ashley Isbell and Bobby of Terrell, TX, Shanna Hogue Skelton and Taylor of Quinlan, TX, and Amber Hogue and Nathan of Quinlan, TX; along with numerous great-nieces and nephews, one great-great niece, cousins, step-children, step-grandchildren and many other family members.
