Randal Ray Seale

Funeral services for Randal Ray Seale, of Edgewood, are scheduled for 11:00 am, Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Hiett’s LyBrand Chapel in Edgewood.  Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.  Family visitation will be held from 6:00- 8:00 pm Monday evening.

Randy passed away June 19, 2020, at his home.

Randy was born December 4, 1952, in Longview, TX, to the late Alvin Leonard Seale and Willie Mae Barton Seale.  He was raised in the Hayden Community of Wills Point and the Edgewood area, graduating from Edgewood High School.  Randy served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  When he returned home, he married Donna Renae Farmer in October of 1974, and they made their home in Edgewood.  Randy worked in the construction industry as a heavy machinery operator and was employed by Van Zandt County for fourteen years.

Randy loved spending time with his family and in his younger years, riding bulls in the rodeo. He is of the Baptist faith.

Randy is survived by his former wife and lifelong friend, Donna Seale; sons, Jason Seale and wife, Misty of Edgewood and Josh Seale and wife, Jennifer of Wills Point; daughter, Jessica Jackman and husband, Johnathan of Wills Point; grandchildren, Bailee, Masen, Emilee, Keaton, Jasmine, Michael, Hailee, Jaclyn, James and Emily; and one great grandchild is expected in August 2020; brother, Tommy Seale and wife, Susan of Gravette, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends.
