Patsy Marie Dalby, 79, of Wills Point, TX, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020, in Canton. She was born on January 16, 1941, in Mount Calm, TX, to parents Andrew Jackson Norris and Mary Bozeman Norris. Patsy was a certified nurses assistant. She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Phillips of Edgewood and son, Robert Upchuch of Mineola.
