Funeral services for Patricia Cox Beaman, 88, of Kaufman, TX, are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, April 14, 2023, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Burial will follow at White Rose Cemetery.
Patricia passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in Tyler.
Patricia Rae Cox was born on October 17, 1934, in Sherman, TX, to parents Joseph Bruce Cox and Mabel Inez Rachelle Cox. She was raised in Louisiana and Houston where she graduated from high school. Patricia married Kenneth Wane Beaman on September 20, 1952, and they made their home in Houston. She and Kenneth lived in Copus Christi, TX, Plantation, FL, North Carolina and eventually settled in Kaufman, TX. For 70 plus years, Patricia has been a devoted mother of four, homemaker, wife, grandmother and great grandmother. She especially enjoyed the holidays with her family. Patricia was a member of the St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Terrell.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Mabel Inez Pope; stepfather, Bewford W. Pope; father, Joseph Bruce Cox; sisters, Alice Jo Pruter and Donna Davenport; mother and father-in-law, Clinton and Jule Beaman; brother-in-law, Clinton “Dwight” Beaman.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Kenneth W. Beaman of Kaufman, TX; son, Kenneth W. Beaman, Jr. and wife Kathryn Elise of Missouri City, TX; son, Patrick R. Beaman and wife Diane of Springfield, MO; son, Barry Joseph Beaman and wife Susan of Tyler, TX; daughter, Constance Beaman Winner and husband Marion of N. Myrtle Beach, SC; brother-in-law, Carlo Triolo; sister-in-law, Bonnie Triolo; stepsister, Caryn Pope of The Woodland, TX; grandchildren, Michael H. Leibacher and wife Jennifer, Stephanie Kennedy and husband Travis, John Beaman, Lauren Beaman, Lindsey Beaman, Mitch Johnston, Crystal Winner, M. Lloyd Winner, IV and wife Lindsey, Jennifer Dry and husband Brandon, Charlie Little and wife Chelsea, Jake Little and Matthew Spence; great grandchildren, Michael Leibacher,III, Kenneth Morgan Leibacher, Kyle Patrick Leibacher, Kaden Moreno, Landry Leibacher, Levi Gunner Leibacher, Hollyn Kennedy, Addison Dry, Palmer Dry, Emmie Little and Charlie Little; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.
