Marianna Scott

A gathering of family and friends for Marianna Scott, 56, of Edgewood, TX, will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM, Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Marianna passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024, in Tyler. She was born Marianna Nagy-Buzder on April 1, 1968, in Subotica, Serbia, to parents Gyorgy and Eva Nagy-Buzder. She was raised in Serbia, where she graduated from high school. Marianna married Mirko Gabric and they raised one son, Arman.

She lived her life throughout Europe, Canada and the USA.

She married Doyle Scott on December 22, 2014, and they made their home in Edgewood. For the last ten months, she worked as a housekeeper at Loves Corporation. Marianna loved cooking, baking, and especially spending time with her beloved fur-baby, Max.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gyorgy and Eva Nagy-Buzder.

Marianna is survived by her husband, Doyle Scott of Edgewood, TX; her son, Arman Gabric of Toronto, Canada; along with many other relatives and friends.
