Linda Marie Barton Faux was born on August 16, 1943, in Alexandria, LA. Linda lived in Mabank, TX area for the past 50 years. She loved working in her yard, sewing and crafts. Linda was a strong willed, faithful Christian woman. She was a dutiful nurse that enjoyed caring for many over the years. Linda had fought multiple cancers over the last 20 years and lost her long battle on Friday, November 18, 2022, at the age of 79.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Faux; parents, A.D. and Iona Barton; and son, Dwayne Anderson, Jr.
Linda is survived by children, Valinda May of Springtown, TX, Wade Anderson of Mabank, TX, and Christi Jinkins of Mabank, TX; grandchildren, Laura Crager of Springtown, TX, Cody May of Springtown, TX, Shawn Jinkins of Mabank, TX, Jordan Birkes of Killeen, TX, Felicia Goff of Fork Polka, LA, and Michael Anderson of Corpus Christi, TX; great grandchildren, Nathan and Ethan Jinkins of Kemp, TX, John and Emily Crager of Springtown, TX, Kade and Kalen May of Springtown, TX, and Kathy and Taylor Dokey.
