Funeral services for Laura Mae Warner, 97, of Plano, are scheduled for 1:00 PM, Monday, August 17, 2020, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Chapel in Wills Point. Burial will be held at White Rose Cemetery.
Laura passed away August 11, 2020, in Plano.
Laura Mae Pilkington Warner was born February 4, 1923, in Peoria, IL. She was the daughter of the late Charles Frederick Pilkington and Lillian Chrzanoski Pilkington. She was raised in Danville, Il, where she graduated from High School. She married the love of her life, Harold Warner on February 17, 1945, and they lived in many different areas around the United State. They moved to Dallas in 1966 and then to Lake Tawakoni in 1978. Laura was employed by Zale Corporation as a key punch operator. She and Harold were Charter Members of Seven Oaks Baptist Church in Wills Point and she enjoyed reading and crocheting.
Laura is survived by her sons, Fred Warner and wife Susan of Quinlan, Danny Warner and wife Karen of Forney; daughters, Nancy Warner of Rowlett and Donna White and husband Dave of Dallas; ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and fourteen great great grandchildren.
