Larry Eugene “Gene” Smith, 54, of Wills Point, TX, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022, in Tyler.

Gene was born on May 30, 1967, in Duncanville, TX, to parents Larry L. Smith and Dorothy Delaine Smith. He was raised in Duncanville where he graduate from high school. Gene was a mechanic in the automotive industry for many years.

He is preceded in death by his father, Larry Smith;

Gene is survived by his step-mother, Nora Smith of Wills Point, TX; brother, Brian Smith of Duncanville, TX.
