Joyce Ann Seay

Joyce Ann Seay, 66, of Terrell, TX, passed peacefully on Thursday, October 17, 2024. Graveside services to honor her life will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 25, 2024, at Oakland Memorial Park in Terrell, under the care of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.

Joyce was born on October 26, 1957, in Dallas, TX, to Carl Douglas Seay and Peggy Joyce Doshier Seay. Raised in Dallas, Joyce lived most of her life in the city before finding her home in Terrell in 2002. Joyce had a deep appreciation for the little joys in life. Whether she was solving a crossword puzzle or filling the pages of her coloring books with vibrant hues, she found beauty and calm in these simple pleasures.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Carl and Peggy Seay, as well as her sister-in-law, Jo Ann Seay.

Joyce is survived by her two brothers, Jack Seay of Terrell, TX, and John Seay of Dallas, TX. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts.
