Graveside services for JoAnn Seay, 61, of Terrell, TX, are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 7, 2020, at Oakland Memorial Park in Terrell. Visitation will be held at 12:00 noon, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.

JoAnn passed away on October 30, 2020, in Dallas, TX.

JoAnn Parker was born on April 4, 1959, in Dallas, TX, to parents, John Lacey Parker and Hazel Edna Pack Parker. She was raised in Dallas, where she graduated from school.  Jo Ann worked as a property manager for many years.  She met Jack Seay and they married on April 14, 1997, in Garland, TX.  Jo Ann was a nurturer and she loved taking care of her family.

She is preceded in death by her father, John Parker; mother, Hazel Parker; sister, Joyce Yates, and her brother, Dennis Parker.

JoAnn is survived by her husband, Jack Seay of Terrell, TX;  sons, Steven Stearman and wife, Felicia of Ennis, Arzie Duncan of Terrell and Brian Duncan of Kemp; brothers, Grady Parker and wife, Sheila of Lufkin, Ronald Parker and wife, Herminia of Wolf City, and Gerald Parker of Lufkin; eleven grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
