Memorial Mass for Jerry McBeth is scheduled for Saturday, at 10:00 AM, May 16, 2020, at St. Luke Catholic Church in Wills Point. A rosary will start at 9:30 am.

Jerry passed away May 8, 2020, at his home in Wills Point, surrounded by his family.

Jerry Wayne McBeth, 76, was born April 24, 1944, in Houston TX, to the late Ernest Francis McBeth and Sadie Marie Musgrave Stevens.  He served his country as a Navy Corpsman attached to the United States Marines Corp, during the VietNam era. Jerry married Mary Ann Kominczak on December 21, 1962, and they bore three children, Janet, Jenny and Joseph.

Jerry earned his P.H.D. in Bio Chemistry. He worked in the hospital laboratory field, and was employed as a supervisor for Lab Corp for many years.  Jerry also work in the real estate industry and the aviation industry. He was an accomplished helicopter pilot and an A & P mechanic.

Jerry and Mary Ann lived in Wills Point from 1982 to 1986, and returned in 2017.  He was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church and a lay Discalced Carmelite in Wills Point.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest McBeth and Sadie Musgrave. Stevens; siblings, Kenneth Ball and Betty Faye Ball; and a granddaughter, Trisha Ellison.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Mary Ann McBeth of Wills Point; daughters, Janet M. Ellison and husband Noah and Jenny R. Sparks and husband Chris; son, Joseph K. McBeth and wife Annetta; sisters, Shirley Houghton and husband Pete, and Deloris Flornoy and husband James; step-siblings, Emmett Ball, Ronnie Ball and David Ball; grandchildren, Nathan Hoskins and wife Courtney, Nelson Hoskins and wife Hannah, Natalie Tietjens and husband Jared, Amber Bollom and husband Brian, Savannah Wood, Cara Sparks Burnett and Cayleigh Sparks; great-grandchildren, September, Jackson, Brantley, Levi, Everett, Zachary, Nicholas, Sawyer, Sam and Griffin; and many other relatives and friends.
