Jerry Vernon Leslie

Jerry Vernon Leslie, 81, of Ben Wheeler, TX, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022, at his home.

Jerry was born on September 2, 1941, in Terrell, TX, to parents Vernon Leslie and Artie Robertson Leslie. He was raised in Terrell and graduated from Terrell High School in 1960. Jerry later graduated from Baylor University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in 1964. He was employed by Walmart in the photo department at the time of his retirement. Jerry’s passion was photography, collection all kinds of cameras and taking thousands of photos. He loved to photograph air shows. Jerry was a member of First Baptist Church in Terrell. At the time of his death Jerry was living in Ben Wheeler, TX.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Artie Leslie.

Jerry is survived by Gene Lewis and wife Missy, Peyton Lewis, Jamie Coffelt and husband Walter, Brian Scott and wife Lee Ann.
