Funeral services for Janie Ruth Foster, 69, of Wills Point, Texas, are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Burial will follow at White Rose Cemetery.

Janie passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021, in Sunnyvale, TX.

Janie Ruth Key was born on April 14, 1952, in Quinlan, TX, to parents, Melvin and Ruth Key. She was raised in Quinlan and graduated from Quinlan High School. Janie married James Allen Foster on December 10, 1994, and he preceded her in death on April 20, 2009. She was employed by American National Bank in Terrell for twenty-three years in customer service, starting as a teller in Wills Point. Janie would have retired in August 2021. She loved her family, being a “GiGi” and watching her boys wrestle. Janie enjoyed television and watched General Hospital for many years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Ruth Key; husband, James Allen Foster; brother, William Key.

Janie is survived by her sons, Mike Davis and wife, Tiffany of Wills Point, TX, Matt Harrison of Wills Point, TX, and Zachary Foster of Wills Point, TX; along with her granddaughter, Madison Rose Davis.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM, Monday, August 2, 2021, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.
