Services for Janet “Sissy” Fielding, 53, of Grand Saline, TX, are scheduled for 1:00 PM, Friday, November 6, 2020, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service time starting at 11:00 AM.
Sissy passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in Canton, TX.
Janet Sue Jackman was born on May 7, 1967, in Shelbyville, IN, to parents, Charles Jackman and Wanda Lee Gallagher Jackman. She was raised in Shelbyville, IN, later moving to Dallas, TX and graduating from Skyline High School. Sissy was a homemaker while raising her family. She married Billy Miller and they have lived in Grand Saline for the past eleven years. Sissy was a very spiritual woman. She had a heart of gold and was exceptionally giving and was a free spirit who forgave all. Sissy was affectionately known as “Granny” to her grandchildren.
Sissy is survived by her husband, Billy Miller of Grand Saline, TX; son, Johnathan Jackman and wife, Jessica of Wills Point, TX; daughter, Jenelle Paris and husband, Jimmy of Forney, TX; son, James Fielding and wife, Sky of Grand Saline, TX; son, Brandin Fielding and wife, Christian of Quinlan, TX; daughter, Chelsea Hathcoat and husband, Andrew of Quinlan, TX; sister, Leila Jackman and fiancé, Anthony Young of McKinney, TX; brother, Tony Jackman and wife, Tracey of Wylie, TX; brother, Chuck Jackman and wife, Angelina of Amity, ME; nieces and nephews, Kraig Jackman and wife Nicole, Dustin Goff and wife Julie, Kassidy, Tristan, Aiden, Jaida and Gabriel; great nieces and nephews, Hope and Harrison; grandchildren, Marissa, Joslyn, Gavin, Preslee, Kaitlyn, Tristen, Elijah, Adyson, Ethan, Noah, Jasmine, Michael, Jaclyn, Miriam, James, Dylan, Lily and Austin.
