She was born on September 16, 1959, in Bogalusa, Louisiana, to parents Wilton Blackburn and Bernadine Cutrer Blackburn. She is survived by mother, Bernadine Cutrer Blackburn of Mt. Herman, LA, and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
