Isabel Sapien Martinez was predeceased by her husband Felix E. Martinez.  She loved being a mother and adored her family.  She always had an open door and an ear to listen.  She was known to those close to her as “Chavela” and to her grandchildren as “Weta”.  She loved her yard and getting her hands and feet dirty with the soil.  Her precious dog Jackson “Jack” was adopted shortly after her husband “Pop” passed away and he gave her so much love and joy and got her through her loss of him.  She enjoyed Sunday family day and having all those who could make it come and eat and visit.  If it was football season best believe she was watching them Cowboys.  She and her husband were ride or die fans.  She enjoyed going to the casino and just being out with those she loved.  When “Pop” passed her world changed and she found many new things she never thought of trying or experiencing.  She voted for her first time in her life in 2020, tasted pizza for the first time and went bowling.  For someone who never bowled she sure did hold her own.  She learned how to drive the riding lawn mower and would spend hours on her yard.   She was a wonderful person and will be deeply missed.  Until we see you again “Chavela”.
