Dennis Wayne Ray

Dennis Wayne Ray, 67, of Terrell, TX, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at his home.

Dennis was born on October 8, 1954, in Ballinger, TX. He was raised in Abilene where he attended school. Dennis later moved to Garland in 1981, where he was self-employed as a dirt contractor in the construction industry. His business name was the “Tractor Man”. Dennis was an avid classic car fan.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Lenda Bush; father, Charles Wayne Ray.

Dennis is survived by his parents, Bill and Faye Wright of Edgewood, TX; son, Joshua Wayne Ray and wife, Wendy of Edgewood, TX; sister, Brenda Cates of Addison, TX; grandchildren, Tylor Ray, Lauren Ray and Wesley Martin; great grandchildren, Brayden Martin, Nathan Manning, Austin Martin, Addison Martin and Cayden Ray.
