A visitation for Billy Mack Johnson, 82, of Edgewood, TX, is scheduled from 2:00-3:00 PM, Saturday, September 26, 2020, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood with a short service to follow. Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Billy passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
Billy Mack Johnson was born on July 23, 1938, in Mt. Pleasant, TX, to parents, Lee Johnson and Leola Farmer Johnson. He was raised in Mt. Pleasant where he graduated from high school. Billy attended Baylor University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business. He married Joyce Elane Todd on March 4, 1960, in Waco, TX. They moved to Paris, TX and various other places in East Texas before making Edgewood their home. Billy was the owner and operator of Bill Johnson Utilities Company. He was of the Baptist faith. Billy loved hunting and fishing. He had a large garden and enjoyed sharing his produce with friends in the community.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Leola Johnson; wife, Joyce Johnson; daughter, Kimber Lee Johnson.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Deana Johnson of Denton, TX, and sister-in-law, Alice Todd of Friendswood, TX.
