Memorial services for Sandra Jean Campbell, 63, of Mabank are scheduled for 4:00 PM, Monday, June 25, 2018, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point with Pastor Paul Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time.
Sandra passed away Friday, June 15, 2018, in Athens.
Sandra Jean Welch was born on January 30, 1955, in Wills Point, TX, to parents, Cede Lamar Welch and Verna Latricia Rohus. She was raised in Wills Point and graduated Wills Point High School in 1973. Sandra Married Allen Campbell in Dallas on April 21, 1975. They moved to Dallas and later moved to Payne Springs, where they lived for 26 years. Sandra was a ventilator, which is a hair repair specialist, working for Oliver’s Hair Replacement. She worked until she developed ALS two years ago. Sandra loved her family dearly.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Sammy Welch and two sisters, Marie Tull and Sue McBride.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Allen Campbell of Payne Springs; son, Brandon Allen Campbell and wife, Tessa, of Euless; daughter, Shelley Epperson and husband, Jason, of Kemp; brothers, Charles Welch and wife, Edith, of Mabank, Danny Welch and wife, Robin, of Danbury and brother-in-law, John Spradling and Sheila Wright-Hitt of Caddo Mills; sisters, Geneva Campbell of Edgewood, Judy Meister of Edgewood and sister-in-law, Sharon White and husband, Mike, of Mabank; seven grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, along with a host of friends.
