Robert Edward Trowbridge

Services for Robert Edward Trowbridge, 67, of Wills Point, TX, will be announced at a later date.

Robert passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017, in Mesquite. He was born December 29, 1949, in Portsmouth, Ohio to parents, Maurice Thurman Trowbridge and Katherine Elizabeth McCall Trowbridge. After graduating high school, Robert entered the United States Army. Robert retired after a life-long career at the Longview Fire Department. He loved to cook and spend time at the ocean.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Kathijo Trowbridge; son-in-law, Donny Hamby and granddaughter, Kaitlyn Trowbridge.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Jodi Luker and husband, Chris, and Carrie Trowbridge; brothers, Richard Trowbridge and wife, Barbara, of Minford, OH, and James Trowbridge and wife, Elizabeth, Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Ariana Hamby, Kourtney Trowbridge, Maddison Prewitt and Bailee Prewitt.
