Robbin was born on November 15, 1960, in Wichita Falls, TX, to parents, Marvin Leon Cape and Karen Kay Neal.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Pruett of Wills Point and mother-in-law, Brabara Pruett of Wills Point; two sisters, Sherry Lambert and Shannon Palmer and one brother, Tod Cape.
