Rebecca (Prestidge) Garrison

Graveside services for Rebecca Prestidge Garrison, 66, of Edgewood, are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Friday, July 6, 2018, at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Ft. Worth, TX.  Services are under direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood, TX.

Rebecca”Becky” Prestidge Garrison was born September 16, 1951, in Ft. Worth, TX, to the late Andrew Milton Prestidge and Billie Joe Green Prestidge.  She graduated from Castleberry High School in Ft. Worth.  Becky married Rolla Garrison in Ft. Worth in 1998.  She was employed by TTI Electronics for several years and when Rolla passed away she moved to Edgewood to make her home.  Becky was a caretaker for her parents and other family members and was helping raise her nieces and nephews.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as, her husband Rolla Garrison, and  two children, Andrew Nicklas Weeks and Karthryn Marie Garrison.

Becky is survived by her sister, Cheryl Beasley of Terrell; three nephews all of Edgewood; and a host of other relatives and friends.
