Memorial services for Nancy Mae Vandever, 60, of Edgewood, TX, are scheduled for 12:00 PM, Monday, June 10, 2019, at Pleasant Union Baptist Church of Edgewood. 

Nancy passed away Wednesday, June 05, 2019, at her home.

Nancy Mae Roach was born December 5, 1958, in Dallas, TX, to parents, James Edward Roach and Dorothy May Thomas. She was raised in Balch Springs where she attended school. Nancy married David Vandever on 1990, in Dallas and they made their home in Balch Springs until moving to Edgewood in 2005. She was a homemaker and loved to have her grandchildren and great grandchildren over. Nancy was a member of Pleasant Union Baptist Church in Edgewood.

She is preceded in death by parents, James and Dorothy Roach and brother, Donnie Clyde Davis.

Nancy is survived by her husband, David Vandever of Edgewood; daughter, Trisha Haskins and husband Chris of Edgewood; step-daughter, Amanda Petty of Waxahachie; sister, Brenda Haley of Edgewood; sister-in-law, Patricia Davis of Waskom; grandchildren, Kristin Tull and husband Dustin, Katelynn Haskins and fiancé Aaron Long, Caleb Haskins, Kyliee Lockhart and Blake Petty; great grandchildren, Rylynn Whitaker, Dany Whitaker, Keith Tull, Tinleigh Tull and many brothers and sisters-in-law and cousins.
