Martha Lee Craft

A graveside service for Martha Lee Craft, 66, of Edgewood, TX, are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Monday, September 30, 2019, at Barrett Cemetery in Edgewood. Services are under direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.

Martha passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019.

Martha Lee Taylor was born January 6, 1953, in Cooper, TX, to parents Arvie Chester Taylor and Fay Annie Fox. Martha married Clois Craft on June 5, 1969, in Cooper, TX. They lived in Edgewood most of their lives. She and Clois had six biological children that they were unable to raise or care for due to mental and physical disabilities. The children were all later adopted into homes where they were loved and taken care of. After being disabled most of her life she spent the last twenty years in skilled nursing care. She was of the Christian faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clois Craft and an infant son, Timothy Craft.

Martha is survived by her sister-in-law, Lois McClure in Grandbury and two nieces, Clara Creech and husband, Loron of Edgewood and Fay McCollum of Mesquite.
