He is survived by his common-law wife, Robbin Hemingway (Angel); son, Patrick Dean and wife, Kandi; step-son, James Partridge; step-daughter, Elizabeth Lucus and husband, John; step-daughter, Sassy Lopez and husband, Miguel; step-daughter, Shelby Marie; great aunt, Eudora Pace; two nieces and two grandchildren on the way.
