A memorial graveside for Donald Ray Lackey, 66, of Wills Point, TX, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas. Services are under the direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Donald passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018, at his home.

Donald Ray Lackey was born on August 18, 1951, in Mart, TX. He later moved to Waco and joined the United States Army to serve his country in the Vietnam War for 3 years. In 1976, Don married Pamela Rose Milholland and went to work for Frito Lay as a truck driver for 29 years and 11 months. Don enjoyed working on cars, model planes and gardening. He loved to pull pranks on people and making them laugh. Don will always be in our hearts and will be missed by many.

He is preceded by his parents and three brothers.

Don is survived by his wife, Pam Lackey of Wills Point, one sister, one niece, his sweet Chihuahua, Bear and a host of friends.
