Marilyn Yvonne Reynolds

Funeral services for Marilyn Yvonne Reynolds, 77, of Terrell, are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Monday, July 24, 2017, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point with visitation an hour prior to service time. Burial will follow and family will meet at 1:30 PM at the Yantis Cemetery in Yantis, Texas.

Marilyn passed away July 19, 2017, at her home in Terrell, TX.

Marilyn Yvonne Fenner was born December 15, 1939 in Yantis, TX, to parents, Reed Francis Fenner and Flora Mae Harrell Fenner. She was raised in Port Arthur, TX and in Dallas, TX, graduating from Franklin High School in 1958. Marilyn married Richard C. Reynolds in 1959, and they raised their three children in Mesquite, TX. She was employed as a bookkeeper with various companies before retiring in 2004. Upon retirement, Marilyn moved back to Yantis, TX, where she attended White Oak Baptist Church. In 2012, she moved to Terrell to live with her daughter, Sharon, and son-in-law, Jimmy.  Marilyn was an animal lover, crossword puzzle enthusiast and adored her fur baby, Millie. Above all, Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Sister, Ruby Woods and Brother, Lionel Borel.

Marilyn is survived by her Daughter, Sharon Reynolds and husband, Jimmy Mann of Terrell, Texas; Daughter, Kim Sharp and husband, Steve of Beaverton, Oregon; Son, Clay Reynolds of Yantis, Texas; Grandchildren, Brandon Overbay, Jennifer King, Amelia Reynolds, Monica Council, Preston Mann, Nicole Wordsworth, Marilyn Sharp, Adam Sharp, Eric Sharp and Matthew Sharp; Great Grandchildren, Tyler Forbes, Christian Forbes, Mallory Forbes, Colby Forbes, Kobe Smith, Kyler Smith, Konner Smith and Ruby Jane Overbay.
