Dutch Lynette Skinner Carter passed away on March 2, 2018, at her apartment in Edgewood, TX.
Dutch was born in Canton, TX on September 21, 1940. In recent years, Dutch, has lived quietly in Edgewood, TX, but most of her life was spent in Dallas where she grew up, worked and lived a full and interesting life. She was loved by her family and friends and will be missed so much. We will miss taking her on “Mexican food adventures” and talking about the latest book that she was reading. God bless you, Dutch, rest peacefully.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Fannie Donohoe Skinner and father, Durwood Skinner.
Dutch is survived by her two daughters, Lynn Rodrigues of Murfreesboro, TN and Jonette Rodgers and husband, Brian Shaw of Murphy, TX; granddaughter, Kayln Kelbaugh of Murphy, TX; three grandsons, Rob Biesel and wife, Brandi of Corinth, TX, Troy Biesel of Dallas, TX and Adam Rodrigues and wife, Kate of Raleigh, NC; Dutch is also survived by a brother, Ben Skinner and wife, Maryanne of Whitehouse, TX; sisters, Carolyn Weddle and husband, Don of Corsicana, TX and Sue Biesel and husband, Jerry of Dallas, TX; She was a great Aunt Nanny to her nieces and nephew.
