My deepest condolences for Tammy and the family. I just want to say, Howard never met a stranger and would talk to anyone for as long as you wanted to talk (of course anyone that knows Howard knows this). This is a rare gift in this technological day in time with all the cell phones and such for someone to actually spend real face time with people. He would lend a hand to anyone in need of help and has helped me in many ways over the years we have been neighbors. The community is losing a great man that will sorely be missed. I'm certainly going to miss seeing this neighbor up and down our roadways and the many knowledgeable conversations shared....God Bless
